Hatha Yoga - A well rounded practice designed to strengthen the body and quiet the mind, providing both beginning and advanced students with a satisfying, accessible, and energetic experience. Classes move at a slower pace to provide beginning students time to learn the poses while giving advanced students more time to refine their intention. Each instructor will teach from their own unique perspective and training, providing students with an accessible blend of many different styles of yoga.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga - A more vigorous approach than our Yoga Basics class. This dynamic style of yoga joins movement with breath, creating a steady internal rhythm for the class. Classes will move at a moderate pace to build internal heat, while still leaving time for practitioners to refine alignment. This vinyasa style challenges body and mind, improves strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. Prior yoga experience is helpful and an existing level of fitness is required.

Anusara-Inspired Yoga - Anusara Yoga offers a dynamic synthesis of asana technique, yoga philosophy, and community. It skillfully blends an elegant system of alignment principles with heart-opening, creative expression. Level 1 classes introduce basic postures and breathing techniques, while Level 2 classes move more deeply into intermediate asanas. Level 3 is a challenging, slow-flow, intermediate-level class (ability to practice handstands and full backbends suggested).

Iyengar Yoga - With an emphasis on correct alignment, specific sequencing, and the use of props & adjustments Iyengar Yoga allows all levels of students to access their fullest potential. This method can be therapeutic for recovering from back pain or other misalignment issues and can be modified to accommodate students of any age or fitness level. Based on the 75+ years of practice & teachings of BKS Iyengar, it provides an excellent foundation for all yoga practitioners. All Levels are welcome!

Prenatal Yoga - A class designed for expecting mothers to prepare their bodies and minds for childbirth. Classes will include yoga exercises that help prepare you for labor, delivery and motherhood as well as breathing techniques you can use in labor. No experience necessary. Appropriate at any point during your pregnancy. Check with your physician if there are any complications with your pregnancy or if you have any concerns.

All classes can be attended on a drop-in basis, no registration required.

Level 1 and 1-2 classes are suitable for beginners. Level 2 classes are intermediate.

Level 2-3 classes are more vigorous. A reasonable level of fitness is required. Students should feel comfortable with the 1-2 and 2 classes prior to attending Level 2-3 classes.
