A Therapeutics practice cultivates compassion, calm, and release in oneself and with another person.
Our main tools are gravity, sensitivity, and loving kindness.
Beginning with partner yoga,
we'll connect through the breath to
open and warm the body.
Then we'll move to Therapeutic Flying,
allowing gravity and the support of the base to
gently release any remaining tension.
All Levels Welcome & No Partner Required!
