Bret has practiced many exercise disciplines over the years. He played competitive ice hockey in his youth and continues to play today. He decided to try yoga in 2012. Yoga offered the freedom of a consistent routine during business trips while providing a counter balance to modern life demands. Bret began attending classes at Binghamton Yoga in 2013 and enjoyed the open and engaging environment and teaching staff. Binghamton yoga introduced Bret to AcroYoga in 2014 and he finds the practice truly exhilarating. Yoga and AcroYoga have now replaced nearly all other exercise disciplines in his life.
Bret practices yoga daily and attends workshops. While traveling Bret seeks out yoga teachers and acrobatic yogis to connect with and learn from. In his personal practice, he enjoys the freedom to blend yoga with other forms of exercise. Bret continues his yoga journey and enjoys sharing it with others.
