Cool down from the Summer heat with Forward Folds & Supported Inversions using the FeetUp Trainer! Explore different supported postures that bring a calm, cool energy to mind and body. 

While Summer is a time of excitement, it can also leave us feeling over-heated and burned out. Using specific postures, you can create space to regenerate, to recharge,& to rest. With slow movement & a focus on breath, this practice can help to lower your body temperature, slow your rate of respiration & resting heart rate, and lower your blood pressure.
