Dave Cross, RYT 200
Dave began practicing yoga as part of his training for triathlons in the 90’s. By 2005 yoga became a primary focus. He completed his 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher training and began teaching yoga in 2010. Included in his trainings are certifications for Seniors and Prenatal/Post-partum.
Dave teaches vinyasa flow for all levels of students who desire to work on basic to intermediate poses and pose sequences. There will be focus on alignment, body awareness and breath with movement. In addition, some poses will be held for several breaths to explore pose options that allow each person to find their individual expression of a pose. With continued practice, students have an opportunity to improve strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Dave’s goal is to have students leaving class feeling balanced and energized.
