Deb Stratton, RYT 200
Deb’s yoga practice began in 2004 as a way to keep fit in the winter months. She soon realized that yoga had much to offer beyond the physical aspects, As the owner of a busy cafe, she was constantly on the run, and noticed that after practicing yoga she felt more relaxed and calm. Deb has practiced several styles of yoga including bikram, baptist, ashtanga, and vinyasa.
As Deb’s passion for yoga has grown over the years, she decided that she wanted to share it with others. She completed her 200 hour vinyasa teacher training in 2014 with the Twin Cities Yoga Collective and has been teaching since graduation.
Deb teaches a flow class where she can apply her vinyasa training to guide students through a gentle flowing class connecting breath with body movement. Yoga has made a positive change in Deb’s life and through teaching she hopes to enable her students to do the same.
