$7 Gentle Yoga with Emily
Tuesdays, 7:15 - 8:15 pm
$7 Gentle (cash only please) - A one hour practice intended to strengthen & stretch the whole body using carefully aligned poses & the support of props. This class is particularly well-suited for beginners, seniors, pregnant woman, or anyone with physical limitations. Unlimited & New Student Passes may be used to attend this class.
Yin-Yang Fusion with Rose
Wednesdays, 5:45 - 7:00 pm
Beginning with Yang Yoga - an energetic and active practice - you'll find movement with the breath, focusing on strength, balance and core. Then, with the energy moving through your body, class shifts to a Yin Yoga practice. A series of still postures, Yin Yoga is designed to release the connective tissues with deeply held tension.
The fusion of Yin & Yang Yoga creates balance and harmony in body and mind.
Qoya with Mary
Friday, December 17th, 5:45 - 7:00 pm

Qoya will be held every Friday*
Unwind after a long week at Qoya, a dance movement class exclusively for women that lets you shake off the work week and invites you to slow down and feel, to trust your body, and have fun being you!
Through simple movement and dance, we'll remember that our essence as women is wild, wise, and free.
