Erin's love for yoga began at a young age when she realized the sense of connection it brought her in mind, body, and spirit. Her dedication to the styles of Hatha, Vinyasa, & Yin Yoga shines through in her gentle and nurturing approach. For her, yoga gives us an opportunity to ease everyday stress & release tension in the body. When we take the time for self-care, it allows us to gain clarity in the mind to align with the highest version of ourselves.
She hopes to help her students forge a deeper connection with themselves through self-healing and self-care. In her class, you can expect to engage with breath & movement to find a sense of tranquility.
