Early Bird $25 (ends 2/22), $30 after

We typically pay little attention to our feet, our foundation, until we experience pain or injury. The fact is, our feet mirror our body; if our feet are tight and clenched, our body reflects this tension. When our feet are tired, our whole body is tired. When our feet are out of alignment, our body responds up the kinetic chain. Learn how to work with your feet so they can continue to support you in all of your adventures!
In this workshop, you will:
-
Examine the anatomy of the foot, including foot anomalies
-
Examine the foot as your foundation
-
Work with the foundation in standing postures to restore the natural vitality, strength, and adaptability of the foot
-
Learn practical self-massage skills to soothe and stimulate your feet
-
Develop improved stability through the legs and spine throughout your Yoga practice
-
Explore the relationship between the feet and the body’s kinetic chain - the ankles, knees, hips, pelvis, and beyond!
