Why Meditation?

There is a growing body of research that shows the effectiveness of Meditation in managing and relieving stress- and after the last 2 years who doesn't have some extra stress in there life?!  It's no wonder this ancient technique is becoming more mainstream.


Even though it seems like it should be simple though, meditation can be a challenging practice to start on your own, and even more challenging to commit to.  Joining a class can be a great way to gain a foundation in this practice, address challenges that you experience in your own practice and hear from others about their experience.


If you want to learn more about Meditation, experience Meditation in a group setting or cultivate a daily practice, then this course is for you.
