Our theme this month Water.

The rise in temperature, increased light, and excitement this time of year can be both invigorating and exhausting.  Imagine the bright sunshine and a long, hot day...who wouldn't love a refreshing drink of cool water?

This time of year, water brings balance to the heat.  Throughout this month, we'll explore the qualities of water, the way it moves, and all the ways we can cultivate its fluid, receptive, and life-giving qualities in our practice.

Welcome!  This is a place where we can all come together and practice, wherever we may be tuning in from.  Each month, our practice will unite us in community around a theme that guides and supports you both on and off your mat.
