Join Ayurvedic Health Teacher Rachel Bush as she leads you through a seasonal yoga class to help keep you cool this Summer. In Ayurveda, the passage of the season marks a sacred cycle that deeply affects our bodies, hearts, and state of mind.
The fiery heat of the Summer season intensifies the Pitta that resides in all of us. Pitta's characteristics are hot & fast and when out of balance leaves us feeling edgy, irritable, and exhausted. Through Ayurveda, we can cool an aggravated Pitta and
restore balance with an attitude of surrender.
