Having children and caring for my family has always been my main focus, I feel my children are the best I've given to the earth, and they provide great joy. When they were young, I felt great purpose in caring for them. Now they are grown, only needing an occasional assist. Now I feel closest to my dharma when I prepare for a holiday like Christmas or birthdays. The time has come to move onto a new purpose, I've always wanted to be an artist, when I'm making something, I feel an energy that drives me realize anything is possible.

Tapping strong and steady not painful, I like the process and I feel it does break up what's just sitting there after a night's sleep. I feel like this would be a good way to wake up, a good habit to develop in the morning. Breath stretches - I liked it and it could be done in bed. Rolls - this movement makes me feel good, I'm stiff in the morning and this makes me feel a bit loose. Cat - always one of my faves for warm up With a short warm up of basic sequence I can go from stiff and sluggish to warmed up and smoother breath, hardly leaving my bed. (homework catchup week3&4)

Is that the stuff I put in my garden? Oh no it is present in the moment, helps keep us safe...used daily at work or handling daily tasks, like taking care of my dog. Ahamkara - ego, what we believe in; I think I am the best dog mom ever. I love my dog and she's so important to my life, I feel I'm a better person because she's in my life. Buddhi - witness, the part of you that's aware you have an ego. When I had to leave Madeline at the Vet unexpected, I left my jacket with her because I thought it would make her feel better if she could smell my scent, not sure if that's true.

Rotated Extended Side Angle - I tend to grip while holding this pose because I'm trying to keep my legs in a strong form while twisting my midsection and holding my hands in prayer. I think it's a lot to do all at once. I've found by just changing my hands/arms away from the prayer position helps to focus on the legs and midsection. (homework catch up wk1)

I feel tension in my back leg as I do Warrior 2, holding it for a long time will create a feeling in my legs of spread out and mild burn but it also makes me feel powerful. I feel compression in fire log pose, I can’t even get into the pose reasonably and I feel sharp, throbbing, shooting pain that causes me to be on fire!
