Chris I agree that i think a lot of people revert to a more pessimistic way of thinking because they don’t know What their mind is capable of doing. As we know more about yoga, it certainly does open more positive ways of thinking.

Thanks for sharing Johnny. It’s interesting that we take for granted our breath when it is what sustains life. I am interested in connecting the poses with the joints and muscles and finding a way to remember them all!

My favorite yoga pose is eagle. Love the stretch you get across the shoulders and back and the balance. My favorite prop is a bolster because it can have so many uses. I really like all kinds of yoga but when I really want to melt into a practice and relax I love doing candlelight yoga . Looking forward to gathering all of my yoga knowledge in one place, learning new stuff, and networking.
