Rose began her yoga practice on a whim. Her adult children had moved out, and she found the empty nest syndrome terrifying yet somehow exhilarating. She entered her first ever yoga class at Binghamton Yoga in 2009 and felt immediately at home.
Since then Rose has explored a variety of practices including yin yoga, alignment based classes, and challenging flow classes. She discovered a love for yoga, and yearning for more, eventually enrolled in a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher training program in Sterling, Virginia.
Rose delved deeper into alignment, anatomy, and asana. More importantly, she began to understand how to convey her love of yoga to others through compassion. Please join Rose on the mat in a flow through traditional and challenging asanas that combines alignment, laughter, and love.
“Through compassion you find that all human beings are just like you.”
