Samantha Sloma, RYT 200
Samantha Sloma began exploring yoga off and on in her youth. During her time spent studying for a bachelors degree in acting, she focused on various physical techniques including yoga, Chekhov and Williamson that involve intuitive movement, mental/physical connection, alignment, presence and imagination. Enjoying the benefits yoga has had on her alignment, mental and physical well being, she has since chosen to make yoga a bigger part of her life. She loves the journey yoga is taking her on, and is grateful to be sharing it at Binghamton Yoga.
