New Gentle Yoga Classes
Enjoy the new and improved Gentle Yoga classes! We've kept everything you loved from the original - the slow-paced, supported postures alongside the calm awareness of breath. This new class will include gentle weight bearing, like Tabletop (all fours), to help build strength in the bones and in the muscles. A little weight bearing goes a long way to helping our bones grow stronger, and can help prevent Osteoporosis.
Don't worry though! Our Gentle Yoga class will stay accessible to everyone. As always, we'll offer modifications for anyone with wrist or knee pain, so you can be strong without pain.
