Special Class: Slow Flow & Yoga Nidra

Slow Flow focuses on mindful movement & calm, easy breath. With gentle movement and stretching, you'll get grounded in your poses and discover a more reflective yoga practice that calms the mind and body.
While you're completely relaxed and supported, we'll move to
Yoga Nidra, or "Yogic Sleep." You'll experience a guided meditation & visualization practice that relax your mind to rest in the space between consciousness and sleep.
