Special Class: Slow Flow & Yoga Nidra

Starting with a Slow Flow that focuses on
mindful movement & calm, easy breath, you'll get grounded in your poses and discover a more reflective yoga practice
that calms the mind and body.
With the mind and body settled, we'll transition to a Yoga Nidra practice. Yoga Nidra, or "Yogic Sleep," uses guided meditation & visualization to linger in the space between consciousness and sleep while the body is completely relaxed and supported.
