What is Yin to Restore?

This practice combines Yin & Restorative Yoga. We embrace a quiet, calm practice that releases deep held tension. Starting in Yin Yoga, you'll melt into long held, relaxed positions that encourage space in the body. Then, we'll move into Restorative Yoga, bask in supported, rejuvenating poses that help to soothe the body & mind.
