Give yourself the gift of self-care as we prepare for the holiday season and welcome the new year with intention. This practice is designed to help you recharge through purposeful rest, deep relaxation, and mindful breathing.

Through a blend of Yin Yoga and Restorative postures, we’ll create space to calm your mind, release tension in your body, and melt away stress. With gentle guidance, you’ll learn to embrace stillness, soften into supported poses, and reconnect with your inner calm.
