In this 2 hour workshop, discover the beautiful harmony between stillness and movement with YinYasa, a fusion of two distinct yoga styles — with Yin’s long-held, passive poses and the dynamic, flowing movements of Vinyasa.​

We’ll explore the philosophy of Yin & Yang as a tool to connect with body and mind holistically. Beginning with Yin, embrace a more contemplative, non-reactive quality of mind as you explore your mobility. Then, bring the calm and reflective mindset with you as you transition into slow, mindful movements to build stability. This combined practice will help you release tension, enhance flexibility, and restore balance — physically and mentally.

 

If you’re feeling stressed, rushed, or out of sync, this workshop offers the perfect opportunity to slow down and find harmony.​ Make space for reflection and possibility, and discover the harmony you've been seeking in both body and mind.​​

In Melissa's first class, nearly 10 years ago,  she felt a pure bliss in Savasana that was exhilarating and, yet, peaceful. She loves the playful exploration of both yin & yang - of effort & ease - that results in a delightful discovery of balance.  Explore the connection between movement and breath, while honoring your body.

Michele wants to help her students find more in Yoga than just flexibility. In her Restore class, you'll focus on connecting to the power of breath, mindfulness, and rejuvenation. From improving mobility in Yin, to releasing deep tension in Restorative, Michele knows anyone can do Yoga and benefit.
