What is Yoga Nidra?

Nidra means sleep and is a guided meditation meant to bring you into a state of lucid dreaming. You may fall asleep or find yourself in a dreamy state, or floating somewhere between the two. In a relaxing comfortable, reclined position, there's no wrong way to practice Yoga Nidra. Give yourself permission to rest as you replenish your energy and manage your stress.

Each Class will be unique, while providing space for quiet, calm reflection, & will include:

A brief welcome and centering

20-30 minutes of gentle seated and reclining stretches

20-30 minutes of Yoga Nidra
