200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

AUGUST 2021 - AUGUST 2022

Hybrid Training - Join us Online or In-Person

2021-2022 Registration Closed

Here's How it Works...

Every month, we'll come together as a learning community - in person or remotely - connecting together to explore the depths of our Yoga practice.

All of our meetings will be recorded for you to re-watch anytime you'd like. Can't make it to one of the weekends? Catch up with us when you can.

In between sessions, you'll have exercises and homework to keep you connected with the material. Two weeks after our weekend immersions, we'll come together for a review session where you can ask questions and get clarification on any of the weekend's subjects.

Who's this training for?

This program is designed to be flexible and practical for the everyday yogi.

We've crafted this training for Yoga teachers & students of all lineages & experience who are hoping to learn how to adapt the practice of Yoga to their bodies and/or students.

Benefits of Online Training

Our lectures and your comprehensive teacher training manual include graphics and slideshows to help you connect with the material visually.

Ever been in a discussion and realized you just checked out? Maybe you didn't get the best night sleep or feel stressed. All of our lectures and discussions will be recorded, so you can re-watch and review the material anytime you'd like.

Access all of our lectures and discussions for six months after the training completes.

We're in this together! Along with access to a private Facebook group, you'll be partnered with a yoga buddy that you can connect with throughout your training. We all experience the excitement of a training, and who better to nerd out with than your buddy. Ask questions, delve into the weekends' subjects, or discuss your homework - learning is best with others!

Our Mission

Today's Yoga teacher needs to be prepared to work with people of all ages, experiences, and abilities.  With that in mind, this program is designed to be student-focused, so that yoga can be made accessible to every body.  Deepen your own practice as you learn to apply accessible and adaptive Yoga with a focus on Flow, Gentle, Yin, & Restorative practices.

Over the course of 200 hours, each graduating teacher will learn the skills and techniques needed for the environment they plan to work in and with the population they hope to serve. This training is NOT just for yoga teachers, and can be applied to many different careers. If you are interested in bringing the practices of yoga into your workplace, this course is also for you.

Senior Teachers Emily Brown & Rachel Bush have infused this Teacher Training with their shared wisdom, combined 20 years of experience, and passion for Yoga.

Meet your Instructors

Emily Brown, E-RYT 500

Since 2013, Emily has been teaching Yoga with a focus on moving from a place of strength & ease, in a way that is accessible to everyone. After several years exploring many different styles of Yoga, she came to find a home with the Hatha style.

Accessible Yoga is an approach close to Emily's heart, since, after years of competitive sports, she was left with chronic pain in her hip. While some Yoga postures gave stability and strength, others pinched and ached. It led her on a path of self discovery - one that has shown her Yoga isn't about achieving the posture. It's about how you can embrace who you are, at all stages of your life, no matter what posture you find yourself in.
