All Classes are held at our studio, 311 Exchange Ave, 2nd Floor, Endicott.

Classes run as scheduled. All cancellations will be posted at the top of this page.

All classes can be attended on a drop-in basis, no registration required.

Basics classes are for those new to yoga or those wanting to focus on the basics.

Mixed classes are for various levels of yoga students.

Intermediate classes are for students with a consistent practice for a minimum of one year.
