Chakra Workshop: Awaken & Reset

Explore the meaning of the chakras and how you can use them as a lens to reflect on different aspects of your life. Chakras relate to meaningful parts of our lives, so connecting with our chakras helps us to relate to ourselves. Through meditation & practice, connect with all the layers that make you who you are.

When your joints have a limited range of movement, it can make everyday things - like putting on your shoes or getting up off the floor - not only difficult but potentially painful. With a focus on the mobility of your shoulders, hips, and ankles, you'll learn what yoga postures help stretch & strengthen the surrounding muscles so the joints can be stabilized and move freely.
