As the days grow shorter and the world grows busier, this practice offers a space to pause — to rest, release, and restore before the pace of the holidays sets in.

Through a combination of Yin Yoga and Restorative postures, you’ll gently let go of tension and stress while giving yourself permission to simply rest. With intentional breathwork and mindful awareness, this practice soothes the nervous system and invites a deep sense of calm.

Use this time to recharge through purposeful rest and meditation — a gentle way to ground yourself and reconnect before the season ahead.

What You’ll Experience:

- A soothing blend of passive postures to release physical and mental tension
- Gentle breathwork to calm the nervous system and enhance relaxation
- A quiet, supportive environment to reset and recharge for the season ahead


What to Bring:
Wear cozy, comfortable layers so you can fully relax. This is your time to rest, breathe, and restore your energy.
