FLOW 60

A one-hour, well-rounded flowing practice that connects movement & breath to build strength & ease in the whole body.

GENTLE YOGA & GENTLE 60

In this popular, slow-paced class, learn how to move comfortably in your body while connecting with your breath. Through gentle weight bearing, standing, and balance postures, build strength and stability.  Anyone can benefit from the calm connection that comes with a Gentle class - from seniors to pregnant women to athletes.

-   Gentle 60 is a 60 min. class, Gentle is a 75 min. class -

YOGA & MEDITATION

After a comfortable, flowing yoga practice that connects you to breath & body, learn various meditation techniques to settle the mind. Open to all levels, this class will have 50 minutes of yoga, 15 minutes of guided meditation, and 10 minutes of savasana. Appropriate for experienced yogis and beginners alike.

YIN YOGA

Bask in long held, relaxed positions that encourage space in the joints while nourishing mind & body. Learn to consciously relax in each pose as sensations come and go. Compliment a more vigorous physical practice with the relaxed approach & mindset.   

RESTORE 60

Melt away tension & stress with supported yoga poses, breath awareness, and meditation. Using props, each of the long-held, relaxed postures help to soothe the body & mind.
