We're home to many styles of Yoga - not all are the same! Check out all of our offerings and see which style is the best fit for you.

Most Relaxed

RESTORE  YOGA
Inspired by Yin and Restorative practices, melt away stress with a combination of supported yoga poses, awareness of breath, and meditation. Learn to consciously relax as you bask in long held, relaxed postures to soothe the mind & body.

Great for Beginners

GENTLE  HOUR
In this 60 minute, slow-paced class, explore the basics of different postures using the support of props. In this no-weight bearing class, take the pressure of sensitive joints while you build stability, balance, & awareness

THERAPEUTIC YOGA
Through balance of body, mind, and spirit, this class promotes overall health. With movement, postures, strength building, inquiry, and meditation leave feeling empowered toward wellness.

Build Strength

ALIGN  &  FLOW
Blend alignment and flow together to deepen your awareness. Align body, mind, & breath, with a flowing sequence to build strength and ease. 

ALIGN  YOGA

​Develop balance, strength & coordination as you focus on the structure of each pose. When the body is in alignment, the mind can find ease. Learn the building blocks of a nourishing yoga practice as you take time in each pose.

Get Moving

FLOW  YOGA
Experience a stimulating flow that connects breath and movement together in a steady flowing sequence. This well-rounded practice will strengthen and stretch the whole body as you move from one posture to the next.

PRIVATE SESSION
New to Yoga and want to learn the basics before trying a class? Or maybe you're working towards a specific goal and want some guidance? In a Private Session, everything is tailored to you so that you can grow in your practice. 

DUET SESSION
Share a private session with a friend! Whether you're both new to yoga or seasoned practitioners seeking to enhance your skills, this personalized session caters to all levels. We suggest you both have similar goals & abilities.

YOGA THERAPY PRIVATE SESSION
This collaborative healing experience will help clients explore their lifestyle, inner world, and health with an experienced therapist. Therapeutic interventions are used to alleviate physical and mental ailments, employing an embodied approach to healing. Led by a professional yoga therapist, each 90-minute session includes an in-depth intake, breathwork, postures, movement, and meditation tailored to individual therapeutic goals and health considerations.

Body & Mind

YOGA & MEDITATION
After a well rounded, flowing yoga practice that connects you to breath & body, learn various meditation techniques to settle the mind. Open to all levels, this class will have 50 minutes of yoga, 10 minutes of guided meditation, and 10 minutes of final relaxation.
