Most Relaxed

RESTORE  YOGA
Inspired by Yin and Restorative practices, melt away stress with a combination of supported yoga poses, awareness of breath, and meditation. Learn to consciously relax as you bask in long held, relaxed postures to soothe the mind & body.

Body & Mind

YOGA & MEDITATION
After a well rounded, flowing yoga practice that connects you to breath & body, learn various meditation techniques to settle the mind. Open to all levels, this class will have 50 minutes of yoga, 10 minutes of guided meditation, and 10 minutes of final relaxation.  

YINYASA YOGA
In this fusion class, discover the harmony between the stillness of Yin Yoga and the flow of Vinyasa Yoga. Beginning with Yin’s long-held, passive poses, you'll explore mobility and cultivate a more contemplative, non-reactive quality of mind. Then transition into slow, mindful Vinyasa flows to build stability. Release tension, enhance flexibility, and restore balance for body and mind.

PRIVATE SESSION
New to Yoga and want to learn the basics before trying a class? Or maybe you're working towards a specific goal and want some guidance? In a Private Session, everything is tailored to you so that you can grow in your practice. 

DUET SESSION
Share a private session with a friend! Whether you're both new to yoga or seasoned practitioners seeking to enhance your skills, this personalized session caters to all levels. We suggest you both have similar goals & abilities.

Build Strength

ALIGN  &  FLOW
Deepen your awareness with a blend of alignment and flow. First, learn how to enhance the structure of your
poses with strength & ease so that you can align body, mind, and breath within each posture. Then, you'll bring that alignment with you as you explore a flowing sequence that brings you into the present moment.

Move & Flow

FLOW  YOGA
Experience a stimulating flow that connects breath and movement together in a steady flowing sequence. This well-rounded practice will strengthen and stretch the whole body as you move from one posture to the next.

Intermediate Feet Up Yoga_edited_edited_

Great for Beginners

GENTLE  HOUR
In this 60 minute, gentle & slow-paced class, explore the basics of different postures using the support of props. This nonweight bearing class takes the pressure off sensitive joints like the wrists and knees, allowing you to build stability, balance, & awareness without pain. 

THERAPEUTIC YOGA
Mindfully integrate body and breath in postures that enhance strength, flexibility, and balance. With each pose, cultivate stability and enhance bone health, nurturing your overall well-being. As class winds down, soften into relaxing poses that support mind-body connection.
