In this two-hour workshop, you'll unlock the power of your breath using postures, breathwork, and awareness, as you discover a deeper sense of ease & connection in both your body & mind.
You will learn to:
- Relieve tension in the neck, chest, and lower back for smoother, effortless breath
- Use simple breathwork techniques to calm the mind and balance the nervous system
- Stabilize your core and your ribcage to support diaphragmatic breathing
