Jason Shaw, E-RYT 200

For Jason, yoga is the natural evolution of his life-long pursuit of self-awareness.  He loves yoga's capacity to balance strength with flexibility and focus with perspective. He believes yoga unifies the best aspects of so many other pursuits and merges them into a single, salient system capable of being practiced along a spectrum of intensity levels.

A dedicated student since 2002, Jason began teaching in 
2004.  Over the many years he's been teaching yoga, Jason has learned to look at yoga as a practice that helps you train for life itself - walking, bending, & balancing in comfortable ways, without pain.  His classes integrate whole body awareness with functional mobility that aims to support and improve all the ways we move in our everyday lives.
