Lindsay Schurbon, RYT 200
Lindsay is passionate about creating space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find a sense of ease within. With a longstanding fascination for the human body and the ways our thoughts, emotions, and experiences can shape our physical well-being, she is continually inspired by the profound connection between mind, body, and spirit—and by how yoga can help bring these aspects of ourselves into greater harmony.
Yoga truly "landed" for Lindsay during a particularly stressful time of life and quickly became a source of comfort, grounding, and healing. Gentle and yin yoga practices touched her deeply, offering a sense of peace and connection when she needed it most. Yoga provided a way to quiet the noise, reconnect with herself, and navigate life's challenges with greater presence and self-compassion. The impact was so profound that she felt called to deepen her understanding through a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training—not only to enrich her own practice, but also to share the gifts of yoga with others.
Lindsay’s classes are gentle, welcoming, and accessible to all levels. She offers thoughtful guidance that encourages students to move with curiosity, compassion, and self-awareness, while honoring themselves exactly as they are in each moment. Her classes are a supportive space where you can let go of expectations, reconnect with your authentic self, and leave feeling more grounded, connected, and at home within your own body.
