Michele Frauenhofer, RYT 200

As an 80’s girl, Michele has gone from Jane Fonda to Zumba in her pursuit of fitness. Yoga was always a goal once she gained more flexibility, finally coming to the conclusion why wait for flexibility, why not build it? Within her yoga practice she found a connection between body, mind and breath.  Michele realized the practice was more than just flexibility, and in Yoga, found a way to connect with something bigger than herself.

After a 7 year Hatha Yoga practice, Michele made the decision to strengthen her knowledge of yoga and completed 200 YTT at Binghamton Yoga. Her goal is to help others find more than flexibility and fitness - to find a connection to the power of breath, mindfulness, and rejuvenation. Using the power of breath and mindfulness, Yoga becomes a tool to experience a greater sense of connection and to feel restored.

With her passion for Yin, Restorative, and Gentle Yoga, Michele looks forward to connecting with students of all levels and abilities. From improving mobility in Yin, to releasing deep tension in Restorative, all the way to helping students in Gentle Yoga find easy movement without bearing weight on the joints, Michele knows anyone can do Yoga and benefit.

You may come to class wound tight and frazzled from the weight of everyday life, but a class with Michele can help you leave feeling relaxed, restored, and rejuvenated.
