
Rebecca Nicosia, RYT 500
Rebecca first came to yoga over a decade ago, seeking relief from chronic pain. She began practicing online, where yoga helped ease her discomfort and offered tools for managing stress. When she eventually stepped into her first in-person class, she found the calm and quiet surprisingly difficult—but also deeply needed. That experience revealed how important it was to connect with stillness, and she discovered yoga as the perfect place to practice that connection.

In 2019, Rebecca committed to a consistent practice, and the transformation she experienced inspired her to deepen her journey through teacher training.

In her classes, Rebecca invites students to slow down, connect with their breath, and explore the balance between strength and ease. She creates an accessible space where you can cultivate mindfulness, build resilience, and discover how yoga supports not only your body, but also your mind and heart.

Rebecca completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2021 and has since advanced to the 500-hour level.
