Service Description

After a comfortable, flowing yoga practice that connects you to breath & body, learn various meditation techniques to settle the mind. Open to all levels, this class will have 50 minutes of yoga, 15 minutes of guided meditation, and 10 minutes of savasana. Appropriate for experienced yogis and beginners alike. ​*Beginner Friendly*
