Class Description
This class blends a thoughtful, breath-led yoga practice with guided meditation to support both body and mind. Movement is unrushed and unfolds at a steady pace to help you feel grounded and present, followed by time to explore meditation techniques that support clarity and calm. Classes include approximately 50 minutes of yoga, 10 minutes of guided meditation, and 10 minutes of final relaxation. Open to all levels (including those new to meditation). * Drop-Ins Welcome * Reservation not required
