Open since 2009, our yoga studio is a beautiful, warm, inviting space that is home to a growing and vibrant yoga community. Our yoga practice focuses on making the posture accessible so that you can feel comfortable in your own body. You don't have to be flexible to be good at yoga. You only need to be willing to explore.
