Open since 2009, our yoga studio in Endicott is a warm, inviting space that’s home to a dedicated and welcoming community.
From beginner yoga to a more experienced practice, we focus on making each posture accessible—helping you build strength, improve mobility, and feel more capable in your body.
You don’t have to be flexible to practice yoga—you just need a willingness to explore.
