The lymphatic system is your body’s silent river — clearing waste, nourishing cells, and supporting immunity. In this 2-hour workshop, we’ll combine education and experience to help you reconnect with your body’s natural ability to move and cleanse itself.
This evening begins with guided lymphatic self-massage for the neck, chest, and abdomen. From there, we’ll move into long, supported Yin poses that use gravity, mindful breathing, and stillness to encourage gentle flow through the body’s main drainage pathways.
You’ll gain a clearer understanding of how to support your lymphatic health — and experience a profound sense of calm, preparing you for a restful night's sleep.
No prior yoga experience required. All props provided.
Jason has been practicing yoga since 2002 and teaching since 2004, blending mindful movement with breath to help students move with greater comfort and ease. He approaches yoga as training for life itself—emphasizing healthy patterns, functional mobility, and whole-body awareness over outward achievement. As a Certified Oxygen Advantage® Functional Breathing Instructor, he integrates science-based breathwork to enhance focus, resilience, and well-being. With a calm and encouraging style, Jason creates thoughtful, creative classes that invite exploration and support balance both on and off the mat.
